A Major Chord:-
Place your 4th(little) finger on the second fret of the second string,
your 3rd(ring) finger on the second fret of the third string, and
your 2nd(middle) finger on the second fret of the fourth string.
Strum all the strings except the sixth string.

E Major Chord:-
Place your 1st(index) finger on the first fret of the third string,
your 2nd(middle) finger on the second fret of the fifth string, and
your 3rd(ring) finger on the second fret of the fourth string.
Strum all the strings.
